Business Admin Apprenticeship - Leeds

Brief overview of the role:

The successful candidate will be completing an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration while working within a successful hospitality supplier based in Leeds.

We are looking for somebody who has the potential to be an organised, responsible member of the team who, over time, will be an efficient Administrator. You will be made to feel an essential part of the team as your work your way through your Business and Administration Apprenticeship. By the end of your apprenticeship you will have sound knowledge and the competence to be able to operate your way around most offices.

Vacancy Description
Main job role and responsibilities: 

  • Working in a busy training company in Leeds.
  • Responsible for management information, accounts, data inputting and general business administration duties.

The successful candidate will be required to do the following:

  • Inputting data onto Management information 
  • Enjoy problem solving and not afraid of deadlines as may be targeted in future
  • Reporting management information to the management team
  • Carrying out filing, scanning, photocopying and shredding as required.
  • Dealing and handling post.
  • Producing and creating new documentation
  • Adding personal information onto our online portfolio system.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties required by the business.
  • Must have an aptitude for spread sheets and reading data.

Qualifications required:

Working week: The hours during the week are 9 til 5 Monday to Thurs with a 4pm finish on Friday’s.
Total hours per week: 35.00.
